- Relocated and renovated the laundry
- Created new storage for husband’s ‘stuff’
- Created a walk-in wardrobe in the master
- Removed and replaced flooring throughout
- A full internal paint
- Patio and pool surround tiled including coping
- New lights and fans throughout
