Renovation of a Historic Queenslander complete with its own Guest Studio
Our Fresh Kitchens and Bathrooms team are thrilled with the stunning results achieved from transforming a rundown Queenslander into a contemporary home with heritage charm, ready for sale. This extensive project involved renovating the interior and exterior of the Main House and Guest Studio in the coastal suburb of Manly, Queensland.
The owner of this property was determined to find a company that would incorporate full renovations (not just kitchens and bathrooms) and be able to manage the project seamlessly from start to finish.
Fresh Kitchens and Bathrooms was contracted to do just that, and work with the owner who was residing overseas in Thailand. This meant Manager Tristan and our Interior Designers conversed over email and phone correspondence with the client throughout the entire renovation process.
Our Interior Designers developed a detailed brief and scope of works to create a fresh & relaxed atmosphere for both the Main House and Guest Studio. Product selections were suggested by the design team and made with consideration to the heritage features in the home to create a contemporary Queenslander haven right on the waterfront. The Studio transformed into a fully self-contained unit that reflects onto the Main House aesthetics.
Once the designs were approved, our construction team set to work to complete each component of the project to an impeccably high standard.
