• Create a granny flat scenario downstairs - to achieve this the existing laundry to be changed into a bathroom.
• A new laundry then to be relocated to an unused living area.
• A butler's pantry and office to be incorporated in unused living space adjacent to the new laundry.
• Full modern kitchen renovation.
• New vinyl planks to living areas and new carpet to bedrooms and upstairs retreat.
• A total renovation of the exisiting black & white ensuite, to create a huge modern and stylish space incorporating a luxurious freestanding stone bath, large shower and custom vanity.
• The main bathroom also needs the same treatment to get rid of all the blue!
• Both external patios to have terracotta pavers replaced with modern tiles to support accentuate the modern feel of the rest of the house.
